How it works
It’s simple. If the price of the escooter model you bought is reduced to less than what you paid for within 30 days of your date of purchase, we will refund you the difference! No questions asked.

What products does the 30-day price match guarantee apply to?
It applies to electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard sales and their stand-alone prices only. The price match guarantee does not apply to accessories, parts, open-box electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard, warranties, or prior sales. This does not apply to additional ‘value add’ promotions such as gifts, coupons or discounts with purchase of an kids electric scooter/hoverboard. Excludes closeout sales, open box, taxes.
Can I purchase an electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard with a discount from the past?
The Price Match Guarantee only applies to price differences 30 days after the purchase of an electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard.
Can I price-match the same model but in a different variation (color, etc.)?
The price match must be on the same electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard model, color and variation.
The price of an electric scooter/ebike/kids electric scooter/hoverboard is now lower than what I paid. How do I get price matched?
