Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States/Australia countries.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option:

FREE* For some participants in the activity, free shipping is not applicable.

Accessories

Accessories are FREE to deliver and it will take about 3-10 working days to arrive.

Note: Accessories ordered with e-scooters may come in separate deliveries since it come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat or something else.

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you order it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 2 to 5 business days. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@iscooterglobal.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

Orders Tracking

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Kindly Notes:

1.Can I change my shipping information?


If you need to change the address, please contact us in time, we can modify the order for you before the order is shipped. If you do not change your address in a timely manner, any risk arising from the incorrect address is at your own risk. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

2.How can I confirm my order and get the tracking number?


You'll receive a notification with a tracking number that will be sent to your e-mail box after your order is shipped out. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3.Holiday Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow extra business days for order processing and delivery.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

4.What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or the package has been received by a stranger. Please contact our service team for assistance in 3 business days. We will assist you in providing logistic vouchers to the logistics company.
