Note: Order number is needed so that we can process your return request and offer the return address to you. -
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund. If you have chosen the refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 7-14 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you.
Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 48 hours. But your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information. We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kind understanding. -
We are sorry to tell you that the discounts received on the official website can only be used for orders on the official website and cannot be used on other platforms.

We will ship our order within 2 working days once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 2-3 working days. -
Under normal circumstances where there are no issues with the order, it will be shipped within one working day. In special cases, it requires 1 to 3 days for processing. Delivery time after the order is dispatched. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1) Items are in different warehouses.
2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3) Weight limit of customs or courier. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.

Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different day and time. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.

Please contact us by support@iscooterglobal.com before it is shipped. Please note that we CANNOT change or cancel orders which have been shipped out.
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped out, please refuse to sign the package, and we will charge part of shipping cost per scooter, we will issue the refund after the package returning to us.

Check whether the motor phase wires are damaged or have other damages, Replace the controller.

E3 means the electronic brake error, Check whether the electronic brake of the brake handle is damaged. If there is no problem such as being stuck when starting up, replace the brake handle with a new electronic brake.

E5 means low-voltage protection, when E5 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E5 will disappear automatically, if the E5 still exists after charging, then pls replace the battery.

1. Check if there is an abnormality in the connector between the instrument panel and the main communication cable. Try to unplug and replug it. Check the connector between the controller and the main cable and try to unplug and replug it.
2. If the problem cannot be solved, please replace communication cable -
The supply voltage is higher than the maximum supply voltage of the controller, please replace battery.

1.Please check the cables on the dashboard first. check the plug-in for slanting and loosening, and then replug it again.
2. Remove the bottom cover and ensure that all wires from the controller are securely connected. And reconnect if necessary.
*If the problem cannot be solved, please replace the instrument +controller to solve the problem (need the same model) -
Motor Phase Current Sensor Fault, Check the line of the phase line of the controller or motor. Please replace the controller.

Here are steps to Troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the accelerator is completely reset, You can try pressing the accelerator several times to make it completely to its original position.
2. Pull out the electronic accelerator cable then replug it, and restart.
If the problem cannot be solved, please replace accelerator -

1. Check whether the brake handle is completely reset, You can try pressing the brake bar a few more times to fuly retum it to its original position.
2. Pul out the electronic brake cable then replug it, and restart lf the problem stil esists, it can be solved by replacing the brake lever. -
E16 indicates whether the Hall connector of the motor and controller is loose or detached. If it is loose, repair the connection. If E16 still shows, please replace with a new motor wheel.
