Best purchase idea. These scooters have been a great source of freedom and independence for my 2 teens. Unfortunately, there is a throttle issue. BUT, a quick email to customer support, an immediate response with some directions. A second email and again immediate response to solve the problem. Well done!!

I have heard a lot about how hard this company is to work with but so far in my experience they are very responsive. They say they will get back in 24 hours and they always have. Had an question on shipping for my scooter and they explained it. But they sent me a 40 dollar accessory ( I already got two free gifts with the purchase), to apologize for their site not being clear. Also, the issue I had with the site is now resolved, so I think they are responsive.
