How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Joining is easy! Just create a free account. After that, subscribe to our emails for exclusive updates on sales and new products. If you already have an account, you're already registered - just log in and start earning points!
How do I earn iScooter Rewards points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our online store. Points will be credited to your account within 1 business day.
How do I accumulate points through purchases?
Shop online at iScooter! You’ll earn points as soon as you complete your order.
Can I earn points through in-store purchases?
Not right now. Points are only available for online purchases on our website (iscooterglobal.com).
How do I redeem my iScooter Rewards points?
Log into your account, and at checkout,select the option to redeem your points:
- 1000 points = $10 off
- 5000 points = $50 off
- 1200 points = free phone holder
- 1500 points = free scooter bag/lock
Note: Discounts can only be used once per order, and you need at least 1000 points to redeem.
How do I check my point balance?
Just log in to your account, and your point balance will be visible on your account page.
Are all purchases eligible for points?
Earn points with every purchase on iScooter!
What happens if I return items?
If you return your entire order, your points will be refunded. For partial returns, the equivalent points will be deducted.
What if I have multiple accounts?
iScooter Rewards are linked to a specific email. We recommend using the same email for all purchases to keep everything organized.
Is there a cost to earn points?
Nope! Signing up is free, and there’s no cost to earn points. Just visit the rewards page to get started!
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are tied to a specific email and can’t be transferred.
Will my points expire?
The points will not expire.
How do I notify you to add points manually?
You can contact us via email (support@iscooterglobal.com). Just provide your iScooter account information and the actions you have completed, and we will take care of it!
