iScooter products are sold throughout the world through a network of authorized dealers selected by iScooter. Some of these dealers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized by iScooter to sell a select mix of our products. iScooter dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent and sell. iScooter provides a warranty on products sold only by our authorized dealers.
Unfortunately, iScooter products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from iScooter;
Some scam websites even use our iScooter name and brand but ships low quality, defective items, some of them just take money and have nothing to deliver.Â
We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from selling iScooter products, but these practices may still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase. iScooter has filed a complaint through the relevant channels and the lawyer has tried to sue those website or unauthorized reseller.
