Recently I purchased the iMAX10 scooter from iSCOOTER. Using this for my office commute, its a great price values scooter till today. I love the ride on it. It has both front and back suspension, which make me feel smooth ride.

I like the 3 different mode of speed, mostly sporty is quick and high speed, it has bluetooth and parking locking system which is a quick option lock scooter and do a shopping.

I feel its great values of money till now, I do strongly recommend other to try this. Its good feel as single charge it finish 2/3 days of office commute approx. 10 miles a day.

Good stability while on ride, everything working great till now. Only thing I noticed, in high hilly area ride makes the battery warm quickly which is an obvious pressure on motor.

Little suggest, if you add a good powerful head light, and two backside - turning lights than it will be great to ride in night time.

Hey so I've owned a couple scooters and e bikes so first off I wanna say the charger is nothing special but not a confident feeling one like some you get from NIU or segway. Unfortunately you can't even buy a extra charger or replacement from I Scooter directly at least for the 10 max, I'm not sure if they will come in stock because it's labeled as a new 2024 scooter but yeah your left with buying generic brands on Amazon. Otherwise the charger works but gets really hot and made of a sealed plastic case but dose have some safety ratings. The breaks are definitely operational but can be jerky as if you slightly touch the breaks the real wheel automatically goes full regen breaking there's no middle so its alot of back and fourth especially since there is a little play on the main stem it's not really 100% stiff and locked in but it's good enough. You notice it more going 20mph+. Okay now to the speed, yeah it's fast it can get you to 28mph in no time so I'm happy with that as I do hold top speed often on my travels. Now the main thing is if your gonna go fast often then you don't want this to be going constantly fast as this scooter dose over heat. Now the good thing is it will only over heat on sport and drive. (Takes longer to over heat on drive) on eco it won't over heat as far as I been riding. So basically if your on s or D when it over heats good thing is it keeps going just at Eco speed until cooled off then you can go fast again but ofcourse ull over heat again. So the suspension is operational but the front is definitely a bummer. It needed like 25lbs more tension as this thing just likes to bottom out on the front. The rear they made the stiffness I believe perfect or as the front needed so at least the rear is better and somewhat takes over after the front bottoms out. So if your 180+ Unfortunately I don't recommend for you. I'm only 160lbs and this thing keeps hitting the end point on the front and it can be uncomfortable. Now the wheels seem good but ofcourse we have inner tubes witch is not bad still pretty solid feeling wheels decent tire can't really complain. And the range seems to be there when on eco. D AND S will drain your range so yea on eco it's definitely going 40miles. But unfortunately the scooter or the app doesn't tell you how many miles you generally have left. Your just given a percentage of the battery witch dose not seem to be so ac but it's enough for people to plan ahead properly. For the price it's not bad but I wouldn't say it's great. I would say it's not bad and impressive in terms of top speed and agility but it dose feel flaky and cheep, witch this scooter is but for the value at $500 its not bad and fun. If your looking for a fun scooter for cheap this is good. If your looking for long term comfort and a good feeling scooter for commuting or confidence then this may not be the one.

I love this thing it rides great. Since I have had this my ebike has been retired.

I bought the I10Max scooter and absolutely love it - It's quite speedy at a top speed of 28mph! The app is user friendly and even has a system that checks and alerts you to any issues with the mechanical parts. I ran into an issue with the tire a couple months in, but the support team was quick to respond, friendly, and able to send replacement parts with urgency due to this being my primary means of commuting. I'd highly recommend this scooter to anyone who needs a reliable scooter for their daily commute.
